James Arango23 April 2024As a real state agent, Jayesh (Jai) helped us on the sellling of our house in Airdrie, AB. Since the very first contact, he provided us with factual evidence that allowed us to take data-driven decisions on developing the strategy and pricing for selling the property. He helped us with the staging, took care of the professional photos and videos. He set up the property informacion not only in MLS Realtor, but also in several social media platforms. Very early he booked an open house. However, in only four days the property was sold and for more than the asking price. Jai was always nice and kind, and he conducted the business in a very professional manner. We felt he was always pursuing our best interests. It was a pleasure making business with him and we will make business with him in the future without hesitation.

It was a very crucial decision to us to find out the best area to live as well as to buy the best house in the best neighbourhood. Luckily, we got Jay Chaudhary who solved our all issues with a very professional way. Absoulately, we were never had a rush or pressure from him. He guided us very knowledgeable, professional and friendly way. My wife and I, finally got our home in Calgary NE, where my kids schools, public transports, restaurants and grocery stores are in walking distance.
